Sales Manager

  • Developing strategy and plans for developing business and achieving the company's revenue goals in Higher Education institutions in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Liaisoning with prospective clients on a regular basis, nurture relationships and close deals at the right value in the required amount of time
  • Thriving in a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Partnering with internal teams to manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing sales forecasts
  • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other internal functions
  • Working closely with the marketing function to establish successful support
  • Building a strong pipeline and processes so that business growth is sustainable.

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • Experience in building successful sales strategy and execution
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in EdTech sales in Higher Education institutions
  • Proven experience of working within a start-up environment is preferred
  • Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods
  • Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills
  • Maintains a professional and confident demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
